Hard water eats faucet cartridges. If you have replaced the same kitchen faucet twice in five years, the fixture is not the whole story. We will install the new one and tell you whether a softener would stop the cycle.

- Can I buy the faucet and have you install it?
- Yes, if it is a quality fixture with parts we can actually get later. If it is a no-name unit with no cartridge support, we will tell you before we open the box.
- How long does a faucet swap take?
- A standard kitchen or bath faucet is usually an hour or two. Corroded shutoffs, seized supply lines, or a wall-mount rough-in take longer, and we will know once we look.
- Why does my new faucet already drip?
- Usually a debris-fouled cartridge from the supply lines, or a shutoff that was never fully open. We flush the lines and test before we leave so that is our problem, not yours the next morning.
- Do you install pot fillers and wall-mount tub fillers?
- Yes. That is regular work for us on custom homes. Those fixtures are unforgiving if the rough-in is off by half an inch, so we treat the layout as part of the job.
