Emmett is a different valley. We still know the houses.
Emmett sits in Gem County along the Payette, past the edge of the Ada/Canyon boom. More wells, more older homes, more property that is not on a subdivision plat. We have been running this far for years. If we cannot be there as fast as a Boise call, we will say so up front instead of pretending the drive is nothing.

Wells are the default, not the exception
A lot of Emmett is on private water. Pressure tanks, sediment filters, and softeners are the first conversation, not an upsell. We handle the plumbing side of the well system and we will not touch a down-hole pump we cannot stand behind.
Older homes along the Payette
Downtown and the older streets have galvanized, aging tanks, and laterals that have been through freeze-thaw for decades. We camera drains and we will tell you when a repair is throwing good money after a pipe that is done.
Highway 16 is growing, but it is still rural
New houses are going in toward Boise, and they have the same first-replacement water heater cycle as Kuna or Star. The rest of the valley still looks like a small town. We work both without changing the standard.

- Do you actually come out to Emmett?
- Yes. Emmett is in our service area. Call (208) 609-9000 and we will tell you when a truck can be there. We would rather give you a real time than a window we miss because of the drive.
- Most places out here are on wells. Can you still help?
- That is most of the work in Emmett. Pressure tanks, treatment, heaters, and house plumbing. If the well pump in the casing has failed, we will say so and send you to someone who does that work every day.
- Is it worth putting a softener on Emmett well water?
- Often, but well water varies lot to lot. We test hardness and sediment before recommending a system. A softener on water that is already soft, or a cheap unit on water full of iron, is a waste — and we will not sell you either.
- Can you replace a water heater the same day in Emmett?
- If we can get there in the morning and it is a standard tank, often yes. If the drive or the parts put it into the next day, you will hear that before we leave the shop, not after you have waited around.
