Real experience in the trade
Journeyman-level skill or a strong service background. You've been in crawlspaces, you've cut into surprises, and you know when to stop and ask a question.

You're in people's homes. That means straight explanations, boot covers, no pressure sales, and leaving the place better than you found it.
A shop, not a call center.
Most of our guys came from bigger outfits and stayed because nobody here is being managed by a dashboard. You do good work, you get treated like an adult about it.

Service Plumber
Full-time · Residential & Commercial
Run your own service calls across the valley — diagnostics, repairs, water heaters, and fixture work. You're the one the customer meets, so you own the visit start to finish.
What you'd do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing
- Water heater and tankless replacements
- Quote clearly and honestly on site
- Keep your truck stocked and your work clean

New Construction / Repipe Lead
Full-time · Project work
Take rough-in through trim on custom homes and whole-house repipes. You'll set the pace and the standard on your jobs, and have a say in how they're planned.
What you'd do
- Lay out and run rough-in on custom builds
- Whole-house repipes in occupied homes
- Coordinate with builders and inspectors
- Mentor apprentices on your crew
- 03
Drain & Camera Technician
Full-time · Service
Cabling, hydro-jetting, camera inspection, and line locating. Modern equipment, real diagnostics, and the satisfaction of showing a customer exactly what's wrong.
What you'd do
- Drain cleaning, cabling, and hydro-jetting
- Sewer camera inspection and line locating
- Document findings and walk customers through them
- Recommend repairs based on what the camera actually shows
Before you apply
You'll need a valid driver's license and a clean enough record to drive a company van, plus an Idaho plumbing license or the experience to test for one. Bring your hand tools if you have a set you like — everything else is on us.
