Middleton is west of Star on Highway 44 — a real small town that is adding subdivisions without fully becoming one. Downtown still has older houses. The edges still have wells, shops, and property that was farmed last decade. We plumb for that mix instead of pretending every address is a city lot.

The original town has galvanized, aging water heaters, and laterals that have been patched more than once. We would rather camera and tell you the truth than sell you a third cable job on a pipe that is oval.

The subdivisions filling in toward Star and Caldwell are now old enough for original tanks and PRVs to fail. First replacement, done right — expansion tank, pan, and a unit sized for the house.
