Caldwell is the Canyon County seat, and a lot of the housing stock went in before the current boom. Downtown, Canyon Hill, and the older streets off Cleveland still have the original supply and sewer. That is a different job than a five-year-old subdivision in Meridian, and we treat it that way.

Indian Creek and the older core
The original town sits low along the creek. Wet basements, aging drains, and mains that have shifted with the soil are common. We locate before we dig so you are not paying for a trench that missed the break.
The west side is still growing
Newer Caldwell toward Ustick and Farmway looks more like the rest of the valley — first water heater replacements, softeners, and remodel rough-in. We handle that work the same day we are downtown on a 1940s bungalow.
