Nampa is Canyon County's largest city, and the plumbing stock is mixed in a way Boise rarely is: older downtown cottages, 1970s ranch houses, and whole new subdivisions south of town. We work all of it. The job is to match the fix to the house, not to run the same ticket on every address.

Older lines still doing the job — until they are not
A lot of Nampa's original neighborhoods still have galvanized supply or clay sewer laterals. Recurring backups, rusty water, and low pressure are usually the line telling you it is done. We camera first when the drain is the question, and we will tell you if a cable-and-jet is enough or if the pipe itself has to come out.
Hard water, same as the rest of the valley
Nampa water is hard. Scale kills water heaters early and wrecks faucet cartridges. Softeners and carbon filtration are everyday work here, including servicing units that were installed when the house was new and have not been set up right since.
New construction catching up with the old town
South Nampa and the Lake Lowell side are still being built. We rough those homes in, and we also get the first-failure calls on houses that went up ten to fifteen years ago — tanks, PRVs, and angle stops all at once.

Nampa questions we get asked a lot.
- Do you charge extra to come out to Nampa?
- No. Nampa is core service area. You pay the same rates as a job in Boise or Meridian.
- My sewer keeps backing up. Is that roots?
- In older Nampa laterals, often yes — roots, offset joints, or a line that has started to belly. We clear it, then camera it so you are not paying to snake the same clog every spring. If the pipe is done, we will show you the footage and quote a replacement instead of another temporary clear.
- Can you replace a water heater in Nampa the same day?
- Usually, on a standard tank swap if you call in the morning. Tankless conversions take longer because of gas line sizing and venting. We will tell you which you are looking at before we start.
- Do you work commercial in Nampa as well as houses?
- Yes. Nampa has a lot of commercial and light industrial along the freeway and downtown. Same crew, same standard — we just size the work to the building.
